These gorgeous, modern condominiums were recently completed in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland.
Want to limit your footprint, or live without a car? This is the place! We're just steps from the Max Light Rail, so this is the perfect location for an easy commute downtown - and a mere 15 minutes to PDX. A two-minute walk puts you in Kenton Historical District, with shops, pubs, restaurants galore, and a beautiful park. We are very walkable, with a score of 85 - and a biker's paradise, with a score of 99!
There are 9 beautiful homes in each building, featuring 4 different plans. Each plan has it's own advantages and it's own name; Artist, Strategist, Dreamer, and Entertainer. ALL condos are rented Fully Furnished! There is a unique design and plan for each individual, so you will feel at home instantly!

Fantastic. We stayed here for a 1.5 mos while our home was being remodeled and it was perfect for our family. Great layout, lots of natural light, high-end amenities, new & modern. Super comfortable beds and full size washer/dryer. Mandie was always available and helpful. We loved staying here.

This is the gem of Kenton with the most fabulous hosts! Very hospitable, thoughtful touches, quiet & private, brand new & sparkling clean. The location is superb, everything in Kenton is easily walkable with public transit one block away, easy access to downtown & airport. You won't be disappointed.

We've stayed in many Air BnB's in Portland and this was by far our best experience. We were able to settle in and live like a local. This is a brand new beautiful condo! The hosts are very responsive. We hope to return next summer for a longer visit.
